The maiden direction of JK – Jagadish Kumar in Kannada ‘Shatru’ is the demolition of villain by the protagonist remaining in his den for quite long time. In the villain is played by Sharat Lohitashva. Lovely star Premkumar renouncing his Khaki uniform enters the den to demolish nefarious activities. Till the last frame the villain will not know that ‘Shatru’ is with him.

Working in the camp of Priyadarshan, Girvi, Mahesh Bhat director Jagadish Kumar is working on the real life happening in Bihar. For that he has added lot of commercial elements. There are four songs and four action scenes. Lovely star Premkumar will be without love angle in this film.

In the drought background set up the shoot will be held mostly in Uttar Kannada region. One of the encounters in this film will be with the media on one side while making the encounter.

On a de-promotion the protagonist comes to Keshavapura giving up uniform and lot of developments takes place in this area. A specially erected set at Savadatthi indicates Keshavapura similar to Khamatipura in Hubli. The major portion of Shatru will be shot in this place.

Prakash and Anandanna are the key producers of ‘Shatru’. Dimple Chopda is the heroine of the film was not present at the muhurut of the film at Kala Kuteera.
